Shipping and Delivery

1. Customer places the order.

2. INOVO processes the order and prepares it for shipment. (Please note that any orders placed after 12pm will be processed on the next working day). Our order processing days are from Mondays-Friday excluding Sunday and Public Holidays. Any orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays will be processed on the next working day.)

3. For: (Rain shower, basin taps, kitchen taps, ceiling fans and mattress) earliest delivery is 3-5 days or longer depending on delivery schedule, Mondays-Saturday excluding Sunday and Public Holidays. Our Courier Partner will contact you to confirm the date and time of delivery to make sure someone is around to receive the items. Please kindly wait for them to call you for the delivery arrangement. Any special request of delivery date, time and address change you can inform them when they call you. Take note that some parts and component may come loose due to shipping and it will need adjustment and tuning by your appointed installer. There is no fixed date and time for our free delivery provided. We can help you leave a remark to the SKYNET Courier company on your preferred date and timing but we cannot assure you that they will be able to make it. Hope to get your kind understanding.

4. For Backorder Items: (vanity cabinet, bathtub and bathtub faucets) as they will be ship from China factory partner. There is no confirm date at the moment, as stated on our website, earliest delivery is 4 weeks or longer depending on the shipment. We will suggest a buffer at least 1-2 weeks in case of any shipment delay. For customization, adding extra options or add on Colour finishing will be extra 1 week. We will ship them out soonest possible once the products are in stock and our courier partner will contact you to confirm the delivery date and time. Please kindly wait for them to call you for the delivery arrangement. Any special request of date, time and address change you can inform them when they call you. Do note that once your shipment reach, Our courier partner will deliver to you within 2 days otherwise additional warehousing fee will be incur to you. Please kindly take note that the courier do not do installation or open your product packaging when you received it. If there is any issue you can contact us on the day of receiving. Take note that some parts and component may come loose due to shipping and it will need adjustment and tuning by your appointed installer. If you intent to deliver the Vanity Cabinet or Bathtub Jacuzzi at a later date. Please kindly leave a remark at the checkout page and take note that upon receiving your confirmation by email or our whatsapp support, the earliest delivery is 4 weeks or longer depending on shipment. Do take note that any order place 1 month before Chinese New Year will be delayed by at least additional 1 month.

Remote location ( Pahang Cameron Highlands,Genting Highland and Langkawi ) RM 180 Additional fee applies pay direct to Courier company. East Malaysia will be RMB 350. Remote location charges will apply.

5. Please take note that our mattress is rolled in box for easy shipping and it will take estimated 2 weeks for it to be fully expand. Due to hand measurement, there might be a 2-3cm difference. Our appointed courier do not do disposal of your old mattress, please kindly take note.

6. Vanity cabinet and Bathtub Jacuzzi, it will delivered in wooden crate and it will be delivered to Ground level or Lift level only without moving up stairs. Packaging size add 10cm for length and 10cm width to the size of the bathtub. If you are staying in Condo which require man-power to move the item up, please check with the courier company for the additional charges. If your lift or house door size is unable to enter, the courier will need to leave it outside your guard house or ground level for your receiving. In the event you are not around to receive the item when the you have fixed the appointment with the courier company, additional fee of re-delivery will apply. Please kindly also take note that the courier do not do installation or open your product packaging when you receive it. If there is any issue you can contact us.

7. If customer is not at home, with your approval and consent, we can leave the item at the doorstep or a safe place you prefer. (Do note that our company will not be liable for any loss/damage of the item in this case)*

8. We can also reschedule the delivery to another date of your preference if you are not at home. There will be a re-delivery fees if you have confirm the delivery with our courier partner and you did not turn up to receive the items.

9. We only provide a 1 time free delivery service in West Malaysia. If there is any product issue, you can come to our office to do an exchange if item is available. We do not provide onsite warranty service and installation.

10. We advise all our customers or their receiver (Example: contractor/maid/family member) to check your item(s) when you receive them, and if item received is wrong, missing parts or there are any major damages/defects that are visible to the eye, do make sure to call our office before the delivery guy leave your place and then send us a picture on the actual day of receiving. Any claim after the actual receiving day will not be accepted. For backorder items that have major damages/defects or wrong item received, missing item or replacement of parts or item will take the same timeline needed for the same order which was placed.

11. Please take note that we do not ship to Singapore except for ceiling fan products only and payment has to be made by credit card.

It is our customers’ responsibility to survey and check the product for any missing parts or damage upon receipt of the product. If there is significant unacceptable damage to the product, customers should sound it off immediately. Please do not sign and accept the item if the delivery person is in a hurry and refuse to let you inspect.

Should our customers receive the product and not sound off any unacceptable condition or defects to the product, we will assume that the customer has deemed the product acceptable in its received state.
