Important Product FAQ:

Q: My house is having low pressure issue. Will this shower system help?
A: Our Shower head is ultra thin only 2mm thick. Water pushes through a tight area so this will dramatically improve the pressure issue you have.

Q: Is this rain shower suitable for HDB?
A: For HDB unit, normally you will face low pressure issue and this rain shower will definitely help on low pressure issue.

Q: What is the bracket for and how it look like?
A: Please refer below image. If you use (Instant Heater or you can see Expose Water Piping) running across your bathroom near to your water outlet, then mixer bracket will be needed for the installation as an adapter for the hot and cold mixer which cost RM60 per pair and you can select with bracket during purchase checkout. For Instant heater installation, it must be expose piping. Conceal piping will not be able to install for normal instant heater unless you use multipoint instant heater. For all new BTO unit, conceal water piping with city gas heater, storage heater and multipoint instant heater you don’t need that as all attachment is already included! For expose piping, after using the bracket, it is slightly slanted due to expose piping. The center mount just secure only (1 screw) more toward the end of the tip so it is less slant that way.

Q: How do I know if my bathroom can fit this rain shower?
A:  Please refer to below image. Our rain shower is for Expose (left and right) hot water supply, it is not suitable for Concealed ( single point) type of hot water supply. If you are still not clear about this, please kindly click on the bottom right corner (Whatsapp Logo) and sent us a picture of your bathroom shower area so we can check and advise you.

Q: I am still not sure if I need bracket. How to confirm this?
A: Send us a picture via Whatsapp with our customer support to check and confirm this for you.

Q: Can I check I replacing my current shower set. And I don’t want to drill extra hole. Wish to use existing holes on the wall.
A: The height is adjustable 90cm-110cm. So there is a high chance that it is possible to use back the existing holes on your wall but the installer will need to confirm this only during installation.

Q: Is the rain shower head (tiltable (in angle)? Example: inwards to shower head or outwards angle?
A: Yes can be tilt in angle, inwards or outwards

Q: What is the height from mixer to the shower head?
A: The height is adjustable from 90cm -110cm

Q: Can the mixer fit all types of bathroom?
A: Yes it can.The mixer width is adjustable between 135mm to 165mm.

Q: How many water outlet are there?
A: Head shower, hand shower and lower tap.

Q: Is your rainshower have built in Heater?
A: All our rainshower does not come with water heater. It need to be connected to a water heater.

Q: If i need installation how does it work?
A: We supply the product with Free Delivery included. You can easily look for any handyman or plumber to assist you on the installation.

Q: What is your delivery timing?
A: We deliver between 9am-6pm from Monday to Friday and Saturday will be 9am-1pm. You can also put a remark at the order page to deliver 9am-1pm or 1pm-6pm.

Q: Can I purchase the item first and request to deliver at a later date like few months away?
A: Sure you can put a remark for the later date or just put a note that the delivery date to be advise as we understand some customer’s house is still under renovation.

Q: How long is the warranty?
A: It is covered with 1 year refer to our warranty page.

Q: Is there a return policy?
A: Returns & Exchanges should be made to us within 7 days from the delivery date in brand new, unused in original packaging subject to terms and conditions.

Q: How to buy this product?

Q: After I make payment online, can I do a self collection at your office today during office hour?
