Q: Do u have any real picture?
A: All photos as shown in our website is actual photo taken.

Q: Will your products Black and Gold colour come off easily?
A: We are using High temperature stoving varnish, double surface colour treatment. Same Technology use in car finishing. Don’t use sharp object to scratch it is fine.

Q: Regarding your flash sale will it be extended?
A: We will end the flash sales as per stated date in our website but we might continue to extend depending on our stock level.

Q: How much is your product price and how to order?
A: just add to cart and the flash sales price will show. Proceed checkout with Credit card or Direct bank transfer.

Q: Can I purchase the item first and request to deliver at a later date like few months away?
A: Sure you can put a remark for the later date or just put a note that the delivery date to be advise as we understand some customer’s house is still under renovation.

Q: Do you have a showroom to view the items or any distributor shops where we can see the items?
A: Our office is a warehouse not a showroom so there is no display of our products for viewing. We supply directly to customer without distributor so that consumer can enjoy attractive low pricing without any markup from local stores. Ordering is online only.

Q: How long is the warranty?

Q: Is there a return policy?
A: Returns & Exchanges should be made to us within 7 days from the delivery date in brand new, unused in original packaging subject to terms and conditions.

Q: Can we pay at the warehouse and collect on the spot?
A: Ordering is only online with credit card payment and COD (For ready stock only). We can prepare next day for your collection if order is confirm before 3pm. Do allow 1 day in advance for us to prepare.

 

PRODUCT FAQ >> ( RAIN SHOWER )

Q: My house is having low pressure issue. Will this shower system help?
A: Our Shower head is ultra thin only 2mm thick. Water pushes through a tight area so this will dramatically improve the pressure issue you have.

Q: If use instant heater for the rainshower is it okay?
A: For rain shower best performance, we will strongly recommend storage heater as it has pump in-built. So it will have much better water pressure compare to instant heater.

Q: Is this rain shower suitable for HDB?
A: It is design to fit all houses being Condo, landed or apartment. For apartment, normally you will face low pressure issue and this rain shower will definitely help on low pressure issue.

Q: What is the bracket for?
A: If you use (Instant Heater or you can see Expose Water Piping) running across your bathroom near to your water outlet, then mixer bracket will be needed for the installation as an adapter for the hot and cold mixer which cost RM60 per pair and you can select with bracket during purchase checkout. For Instant heater installation, it must be expose piping. Conceal piping will not be able to install for instant heater. For all new BTO unit, conceal water piping with city gas and storage heater you don’t need that as all attachment is already included! For expose piping, after using the bracket, it is slightly slanted due to expose piping. The center mount just secure only (1 screw) more toward the end of the tip so it is less slant that way.

Q: How do I know if my bathroom can fit this rain shower?
A: Take note that this rain shower is for Expose (left and right) hot water supply, it is not suitable for Concealed ( single point) type of hot water supply. If you are not clear about this, please kindly click on the bottom right corner (Whatsapp Logo) and sent us a picture of your bathroom shower area so we can check and advise you.

Q: I am still not sure if I need bracket. How to confirm this?
A: Send us a picture via Whatsapp on bottom right corner with our customer support to check and confirm this for you.

Q: Is the rain shower head (tiltable (in angle)? Example: inwards to shower head or outwards angle?
A: For Milano, Onyx and Grandeur. Yes can be tilt in angle, inwards or outwards

Q: What is the height from mixer to the shower head?
A: The height is adjustable from 90cm -120cm

Q: Can the mixer fit all types of bathroom?
A: Yes it can.The mixer width is adjustable between 135mm to 165mm.

Q: How many water outlet are there?
A: Head shower, hand shower and lower tap.

Q: Is your rainshower have bulit in Heater?
A: All our rainshower does not come with water heater. It need to be connected to a water heater.

Q: Will my bathroom basin able to install?
A: We supply hot and cold mixer basin tap and the standard opening hole diameter is 35mm.

Q: How do I know if the your kitchen tap can fit my basin?
A: If your current kitchen tap is hot and cold with 35mm opening. Then it will be able to fit. You can check with your basin supplier or open up your current kitchen tap and measure the opening to confirm

Q: My house only have cold normal water supply. Can I still install it?
A: For cold tap, you will need an adapter. Just make sure your basin hole opening is 35mm. You can check with your basin supplier or open up your current kitchen tap and measure the opening to confirm. You can also choose to open your basin opening by 10mm wider if you need. You can check with the installer regarding this.

Q: Do you sell cold tap?
A: We only have hot and cold kitchen tap with 35mm opening.

Q: Can you all your kitchen tap rotate left to right? 360 degree from one basin to another?
A: Yes all models of our kitchen tap in our website can rotate left to right and 360 degree

Q: How is the firmness of the mattress?
A: It is medium firm, not too hard or too soft. It is very comfortable for people of all ages.

Q: If i have spine issue will help to relief my condition?
A: Our memory foam is design to provide maximum relief for people who have undergone surgery or chronic spine issue.

Q: Will it be very hot to sleep on the mattress?
A: We use Natural Aloe Vera as the mattress cover with is ultra cooling for hot and humid weather like Singapore. Enjoy the freshness of the cooling mattress everyday.

Q: Can your courier dispose our old mattress?
A: Our courier partner do not do disposal.

Q: Are there spring in the mattress?
A: It is full foam construction without spring

Q: Do you also carry bedframe?
A: We supply memory foam mattress without bedframe

Q: May I know what is the free gifts that i will be receiving?
A: You will be receiving the Mixer Tap and Matching Designer Mirror Cabinet. Total value of FREE Gifts worth $300

Q: The basin tap will be in silver by default. Possibility to change the faucet in black or other models in your website?
A: Free basin tap design and colour cannot be change. But we can provide at $20 discount for all our premium tap if you do not want the free basin tap. Leave us a remark at the checkout page will do.

Q: Is it possible to retain the current tabletop and basin and tap, and just replace the vanity cabinets
A: your currently basin will not be suitable because our countertop opening hole is design for our basin. You will be able to use back your basin tap.

Q: Is your vanity waterproof?
A: It is water resistant for natural solid wood material like Nordic Series and Bruno Series. If you are looking for waterproof material you can consider stainless steel material like our Grande Series.

Q: What is all the sizes you have for the vanity cabinet?
A: Our cabinet size start from 50cm and every increase will be 10cm. We have sizes all the way to 200cm for some designs and come with double sink configuration.

Q: I will like to upgrade premium counter tops, premium mirror cabinet and also change to standing version. How can i purchase it?
A: It is very simple, just add the size of the vanity cabinet you like. After that just add each upgrade you like to your cart also and then checkout will do.

Q: I am not sure if the water connection will be able to fit my current bathroom
A: From the back of the vanity it is open setting, designed to fit all type of water pipe and connection for all type of houses. All plumbers will know how to set it up easily.

Q: How is the finishing and Quality? Is the door soft closing?
A: Yes all doors are soft closing. We only use the most premium quality material to built our vanity cabinet. As it is custom made please allow 2-4mm allowance for mirror and door alignment.

Q: Do you come onsite to make measurement and fix the Vanity cabinet?
A: We do not provide onsite measurement service, you may just measure the length and width space needed and will be able to fit.

Q: How much is the price and how to order?

Q: How is long is the delivery?
A: The earliest delivery is 4 weeks or longer depending on the shipment. We will ship them out soonest possible once the products are in stock and the courier will call you 1 day before to confirm the delivery date and time with you. Any special request of date, time and address change you can inform them when they call you. We provide free lift level or ground level door to door delivery without moving up stairs. Do take note that any order place 1 month before Chinese New Year will be delayed by at least additional 1 month.

Q: Can I purchase the item first and request to deliver at a later date like months away?
A: Sure you can put a remark for the later date or just put a note that the delivery date to be advise as we understand some customer’s house is still under renovation. We will not process the order first. After receiving your confirmation by email or via our whatsapp support, the earliest delivery is 3 weeks or longer depending on shipment. Q: How can I add 5pcs faucet and jacuzzi?
A: You can add on 5pcs faucet, jacuzzi and many other option at the drop down box. Just add it to cart together with the bathtub and checkout will do.

Q:. For Jacuzzi Function and other functions, where do I need to prepare for power supply?
A: We supply standard 1.5m length cable for the center of the tub. Just plug and play will do.

Q: How many massage jets are there for Jacuzzi and bubble massage?
A: Total there is 6 jets for Jacuzzi massage and 8 jets for bubble massage

Q: electrical point is from where and how long?
A: 1.5m from center of the tub

Q: How do you connect the tube to the water drainage? Got instruction menu?
A: it is connected by 70cm flexible water hose. As long your drainage is within the tub base area will be fine. Your drainage hole do not need to be right in the center. It is a freestanding tub. just connect water pipe to drainage will do.

Q: If my water drainage is just outside of the bathtub is it okay?
A: There is 4 base leg that you adjust it to be higher so that the pipe can go through the gap to connect to your drainage hole

Q: Warranty like for the jacuzzi part
A: 1 year warranty for motor.

Q: What is Heated Thermostatic and can temperature be adjusted?
A: It is maintain at a standard heated temperature around 37-40 degree not adjustable. Let’s say you have heated water coming from your water heater, the Heated Thermostatic keep the water hot Consistantly rather than become cold over time.

Q: What is left skirt/right skirt?
A: Refer to the picture in our website listing, you can see the difference is leg on left or right side of the wall.

Q: Can i check how to select the options to get the correct quote?
A: Just select the size you need add to cart. After that click on continue shopping, add to cart (other options upgrade) and then proceed checkout.

Q: What does the LED control panel control do? Do I need to upgrade this function?
A: If you add more options like bubble massage, jacuzzi, led lighting, Heated Thermostatic function. It will be use to control all these options selection.

Q: What is the difference between bubble massage and Hydrotherapy jacuzzi massage?
A: Water outlet for Bubble is at the base area and jacuzzi is at the side area. You can add both function for maximum massage experience.

Q: How can I be sure it can fit inside the lift and into the house?
A: Let us know the model and size you like and we will advise you the packaging box.

Q: How to maintain and keep the pipes and jet holes clean?
A: Just use the jacuzzi mode and it will flush out water and clean the inside the pipes and jet holes. After that just dry it with cloth will do.

Q: What is the weight and how much litres water it holds.
A: All our tub is around 40kg and it hold around 150 liters of water

Q: how is the installation process?
A: It is freestanding tub, so the installation is very simple just connect the drainage pipe to your drainage outlet will do. We will suggest the piping to be within the tub width and length area. But if your drainage outlet is outside the area of your tub, it is also okay as all our tub has 4 legs that you can raise the height to allow the water pipe to be extended out of the tub.

Q: Can jacuzzi be installed in a bedroom away from the bathroom? For HDB
A: Unless you do plumbing work with drainage in the room, otherwise you can have a long drainage pipe and long hose for filling water.

Q: Can it be a built-in bathtub?
A: Yes you can ask your contractor to tile it up will do.
